台東縣長濱鄉介於長濱與石雨傘間,約在台11線97.5公里處
Ushi Bi is a cape projecting into the sea in Ningpu Village, southern Changbin Township, named because from a distance it resembles the human nose protruding outward. The enchanting Ushi Bi boasts Taiwan's largest columnar volcanic rock formations. The dark black rock formations protruding into the sea are the results of volcanic activity and lava eruptions. Surrounding Ushi Bi are diverse intertidal zone ecosystems and marine erosion landforms. Combined with abundant plankton and fish in the adjacent waters, it has become a paradise for rock fishing and diving on the east coast. Especially during the white hair fishing season in February each year, anglers can be seen filling the shoreline, each with a rod and enjoying the bustling scene of fishing.
