Three sisters Mei, Ola, and Holy of SACHUU Coffee returned to Jiayi to accompany their parents and decided to open a small shop together. After many years in foreign lands, Mei, the eldest sister skilled in making desserts, not only brought her Thai husband back to Taiwan but also aims to introduce the casual, relaxed vibes she experienced in Thailand to Jiayi. SACHUU Coffee incorporates various Thai elements in its space, including playing Thai music and a cabinet displaying Thai cultural creative souvenirs. The food and beverages also integrate authentic Thai cuisine. Mei, the dessert chef, has repeatedly improved and tested black rice coffee adapted to local Taiwanese tastes, making it gluten-free suitable for those with flour allergies. After its launch, the coffee became increasingly popular. The "Thai tea coffee" series is an extension of Thai milk tea. It preserves the orthodox method, uses reduced sugar healthy recipes, and is made with house-made bean blends freshly brewed in each cup, allowing one to savor the fusion of rich Thai milk tea and aromatic coffee. The "Thai tea custard" is another visual and flavorful masterpiece topped with Thai tea sauce and a light lemon whipped cream, offering three layers of flavor. The second sister Ola is the professional barista managing the counter, while the youngest sister Holy oversees baking, researching and developing various pastries and gifts for the small shop, and creating seasonal special-edition "SACHUU gift boxes", such as Mid-Autumn Festival mooncakes.
