Visitors please enter from the Fuxing Road Zhang-Liao Family Temple Park area. The Zhang-Liao Family Temple was proposed for construction in the 12th year of Guangxu (1886 AD) and received the support of clan members. Construction began in 1909 (Meiji 42) during the Japanese colonial period and was completed in 1916 (Taisho 5). The Zhang-Liao Family Temple is composed of three river halls, left and right protecting dragons, and two mountain gates, forming a grand and spacious layout. From an aerial view, it can be observed that the three river halls are connected to the worship hall and main hall through two water corridors, forming a closed space. This space, during sacrificial rituals, reveals its sacred nature. The exquisite wooden structures with colorful paintings, the lion-shaped supports on the beams that serve to ward off evil spirits and stabilize the main beams, and the blue-painted circular windows with gray stripe patterns in a "Wan" motif, all reveal the harmonious and simple architectural art style.
