Kangzhuang Snacks was started by Mr. Liu Zhi and several friends who also lived in the military dependents’ village, operating their snack business together in a cramped four-ping, low-roofed house. The name “Kangzhuang” mainly conveys the idea of “health,” offering authentic Taiwanese dishes and Hakka-style cuisine.
