Simple and unpretentious, fried rice evokes a strong sense of hunger upon the first bite, with distinct grains. It is firmer than that of ordinary shops. The fatty meat sauce accurately enhances the texture of the glutinous rice, which is soft yet chewy, fully demonstrating the characteristics of glutinous rice. The aroma flows while chewing.
If fried rice is accompanied by a boiled egg or a preserved egg, it brings a sense of fulfillment and richness. The egg used is a duck egg, with a bouncy, white egg white and a yolk still in a liquid state.
