Beside the century-old heritage site—the only hydroelectric plant on flat land in the Chianan Plain—our farm draws irrigation water from the Zhuoshui River. Golden passionfruit, prized for its intense aroma, and vitamin-C-rich lemons form the core of our crops, accented by seasonal fruits and vegetables. By chance, “Grandpa Beard” began growing organic produce as a way to give back: for himself, for consumers, and for the natural ecosystem.
