花蓮縣花蓮市中央路三段701號至707號
Tzu Chi Cultural Park in Hualien City, located on Zhongyang Road, comprises Tzu Chi Medical Center, Ching-Tsai Hall, Ching-Tsai Bamboo Pavilion, and Tzu Chi University Campus. These four major zones form the central hub of Tzu Chi's global endeavors and serve as a gathering place for the four core initiatives of the Tzu Chi功德 Association—“medical services, charity, culture, and education”—continuously radiating the steadfast power of Tzu Chi volunteers in Hualien, the sacred land of East Taiwan. Tzu Chi simultaneously promotes eight initiatives, including bone marrow donation, environmental protection, community volunteering, and international disaster relief, termed as the “One Step, Eight Footprints” approach. It engages in secular pursuits by embodying spiritual detachment, fostering universal compassion. Standing quietly within this expansive, unadorned, and lushly green campus, one can deeply sense Tzu Chi's spirit, uniting diverse social strata, ethnic groups, nationalities, and faiths to collectively create a realm of genuine, beautiful humanity.
