台東縣關山鎮崁頂84號之20
Qinsan Farm is located along the Guanshan Ring Town Bike Trail. It is run by the young owner, Lai Shan-Neng, and his father. Initially, they mainly grew Guanshan rice. Over a decade ago, they broke through the conventional framework and transformed their traditional farmland into an agritourism farm. They introduced strawberry cultivation from Dahu, which was a pioneering move that was not well-received by local farmers at the time. The innovative journey was not without its challenges. However, the father-son duo, driven by their love for their land, believed that Taitung's beautiful mountains and waters were no inferior to Dahu's. With the spirit of "why not?", they persevered. Perhaps because strawberries were a rare sight in Taitung, their initially planted strawberries were often stolen. During the farm's transformation, they also faced the challenges of adapting to directly serving customers. The farm is still in a transition phase, facing various challenges such as crop damage and the transformation into an agritourism farm. Despite these, Lai Shan-Neng and his father remain committed and continue to strive towards their dreams. = Slow Food Experience = 2014 3rd "A Solo Producer's Table" selection - Most Creative Ingredient Development Award
