The trail runs along the mountain ridge; it is about 3.3 km long and winds through shaded, undulating forest paths. It is divided into a North Section and a South Section: the North Section offers better vistas and is equipped with night lighting, while the South Section has rougher terrain. Functioning as an urban park, the original forest provides an ideal setting for forest-bathing. There are children’s playgrounds, fitness stations, benches, and pavilions along the trail. From the highest point you can enjoy views of Changhua City by day or night, and the trail adjoins Gushan Temple, formerly a Japanese Shinto shrine—making it perfect for family outings, daily leisure, or exercise.
