屏東縣麟洛鄉中正路170之1號
Rice is the staple food for Hakka people. Besides being cooked into plain rice, it can also be turned into a variety of snacks and flat‑bread dishes. Using traditional ancient methods and pure hand‑crafted techniques, Liu‑dui Hakka rice cuisine produces items such as steamed buns, fried rice, fermented cake, turtle‑bun, mugwort cake, sweet yam flat‑bread, pumpkin cake, carrot flat‑bread, and nine‑layer cake. Their fragrant, chewy texture—without being overly sweet—makes it hard to stop eating one bite after another.
