It's rare to find a place that caters to family outings. As kids, the four sisters wore watermelon-shaped hats and as adults, they were happiest when spending time with their families. However, despite traveling all over Taiwan, they couldn't find an ideal spot for family leisure. This inspired them to create their dream "Watermelon Farm".
Pointing to the pathways she personally laid out, the second sister proudly said that the paths, though not wide, are designed to accommodate strollers, saving parents a lot of energy while also being convenient for people with disabilities.
The children's favorite indoor mural is made from discarded desks and chairs that were cut, polished, and connected with aluminum strips. The lifelike ants and spiders appear vividly before your eyes. Kids can fully express their creativity and imagination by painting on them with acrylic colors, showcasing their personal style.
The insects in the farm have been given colorful, cute makeovers through these murals, dispelling the fear of bugs. The second sister hopes these DIY artworks can be used as home decorations, not only promoting upcycling but also incorporating the concept of ecological conservation. In the future, butterflies and beetles flying around the farm will also join the mural art.
