"Little Donkey Organic Bread" is located in the Donghe City area. The owner, Wu Dage, is a Hakka from Taichung. After being exposed to the field of organic agriculture, he recognized the value of organic farming and decided to settle in Taitung over three years ago. On the beautiful east coast, he pursued an organic dream. Due to his fondness for the texture of handmade products and the joy of getting hands-on, Wu Dage mainly makes organic bread and tofu. For ingredients, he chooses higher-priced organic materials, including local Taitung farmers' organic adzuki beans and USDA-certified non-GMO soybeans, as well as organic-certified flour from Germany. In the future, he hopes to continue cooperating with local small farmers in Taitung to launch more high-quality, healthy, and vegetarian-friendly products. In addition to the storefront, you can also find Wu Dage's booth at the Taitung University Farmers' Market every Sunday and the Taitung Tiehua Village Market from Friday to Sunday.
