Lin-sen and Kang-le Parks are located at the intersection of Lin-sen North Road and Nanjing East Road in the Zhongshan District. During the Japanese occupation, the area was a cluster of old, simple houses where a group of veterans lived for many years. To improve the city's appearance, the municipal government engaged with citizens and transformed the area into Taipei's first urban garden. The park is now a vibrant display of flowers and greenery, offering a refreshing escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. It's definitely worth a visit.
Location: On both sides of Lin-sen North Road; Kang-le Park is on the side of Zhongshan North Road Section 2, while Lin-sen Park is on the side of Xinsheng North Road Section 2.
