The Green Environmental Learning Camp is located on the Baxiang Hill terrace in Changhua. Originally a decommissioned military barracks, it serves as a successful case of reusing idle spaces, revitalizing urban green areas, and maintaining biodiversity. It combines with the existing Baxiang Hill National Scenic Area to form a more comprehensive leisure and tourist route.
