Sakura shrimp is considered one of the Three Treasures of Donggang, as it only survives in a few seas and is a national‑level marine delicacy. With its thin, soft shell and sweet, tender meat, it is paired with almond slices, white sesame seeds, and onions. After being carefully seasoned and shaped by hand, it is then delicately baked to produce a fragrant, crispy, thin pancake that carries the precious sea flavor of sakura shrimp.
