Founded to promote Taiwanese rice, Fenchifu insists on “pure, additive-free rice crackers suitable for ages 0 to 99.” Starting on Fenqihu Old Street in 2013, expanding to Hinoki Village in 2018, and opening the “Fenchifu Rice-Cracker Happiness Concept Store” in 2022, the brand now tells the full story of a grain of rice from field to table, determined to become Taiwan’s most interesting rice-cracker shop.
Located on Siwei Road in Chiayi City, Fenchifu The Pure is bright and minimalist—perfect for Instagrammers and families to visit and snap photos. Inside you’ll find signature rice crackers, golden rice bricks, and the limited Chiayi City rice “Happiness No. 82.” There’s even a puffing machine so you can relive childhood memories of watching rice crackle.
