The Shui-li Stream originates from the basins and mountainous areas of Sun Moon Lake, Tou-she, Chong-gui, and Wu-cheng. The valley has the Jiji Railway leading to the Secret Garden - Checheng. Checheng was once a development center for Taiwan's wood industry. The trail downstream to the Yushan National Park Headquarters is about 4 kilometers long with slight ups and downs, making it a suitable route for family outings.
