Opened in 1999, it is Taiwan’s first large-scale shopping and leisure center. Spanning 28,000 ping, it draws not only local shoppers but also out-of-town visitors on weekends. Inside are international-brand boutiques, a department store, cinemas, and several global restaurants. The outdoor green space features an “Outdoor Circular Plaza,” a weekend magnet for families. Its vast grounds and comprehensive facilities made it the primary filming location for the idol drama *Office Girls*.
