Trash Truck Garage Transformed into an Art Gallery Originally serving as the office for the sanitation team and parking for trash trucks, "Changhua Zhongshan Hall" was renovated and integrated with the Changhua County Cultural Affairs Bureau, Literary Promenade, Wu De Hall, and the county-designated historic site Jie Xiao Temple to form the Changhua Cultural Park, significantly enhancing the overall environment into a rich cultural atmosphere.
