New Life South Road has the reputation of "the Road to Heaven". Many religious churches, temples, Buddhist halls and places of worship are gathered here. From south to north, there are Huai'en Hall, True Light Hall, Mosque, Holy Family Church, Taipei Church, Methodist Church, etc. Different religions are on the same New Life South Road. Different religions have their own characteristics, which are worth visiting. The Holy Family Church is located opposite the Da'an Forest Park. It is shaped like a cross when viewed from above. At night, under the illumination of lights, it emits a soft white light and has a noble and clean atmosphere that leads people to God. The Holy Family Church is about 63 feet high and has no pillars. It belongs to the tent-style architecture, which gives people no sense of spatial oppression and no visual obstacles. The architectural feature is to help people calm their minds and spirits and raise their hearts to God. The church makes clever use of stained glass and natural light, which makes the Holy Family Church present a natural and sacred atmosphere, like entering a sacred place, which can eliminate people's inner worldly troubles. The 18 stained glass mosaics of biblical stories, which were transported from Belgium in 1998 and have a history of over a hundred years, are the works of the famous French artist, Lee Vic. At the lower end of the stained glass are explanations of each small story of the Bible, which are worth reading for knowledge and appreciation of the beautiful works of art.
