Located in the heart of Yangming Park, it offers a perfect spot for relaxation and panoramic views of the Taipei Basin. The pool in front of the pavilion is home to colorful carp, and the balcony upstairs is a favorite spot for children to feed the fish. The pavilion's design features intricate carvings and paintings in traditional Chinese style, exuding an air of classic elegance and refinement. The pavilion also houses a souvenir shop. During the flower season, the area around the Xinhai Restoration Pavilion is adorned with vibrant cherry blossoms.
