With over 14 years of history, this seafood shop is owned and operated by Chef Zheng Kun-ji, a member of the "One-Pole Fishing Association" initially formed by fellow deep-sea fishing enthusiasts. What began as a gathering where a few fishing friends cooked the sea fish they caught turned unexpectedly popular. Encouraged by this demand, they eventually opened a small restaurant to serve their members' fresh catch creatively prepared into delightful dishes. Thus, the "Parli One-Pole Fishing Seafood Shop" gained widespread fame, drawing customers from as far as Taoyuan, who drive specially to try Chef Zheng's culinary expertise.
