Charlie's Kitchen - Home Cooking Our new location is at (behind Hualien Post Office), specializing in business set meals, delicious stir-fries, family warm set meals, and private home-style dishes. Every day, we feature a new and fresh private menu! Each of our delicious dishes carries traditional flavors, combined with modern twists. We put our heart into creating the best culinary delights, allowing foodies who come to taste our cuisine to enjoy different surprises and joys. We also want to let our friends who come to Hualien enjoy happy and satisfying meals. Our private home-style dishes and customized menus require a reservation by calling us two days in advance. We cannot provide on-site ordering on the same day because we use fresh ingredients and need to select and purchase them on the morning of the meal.
