The Dai Quan Hall is located at No. 19, Zao'keng, Xin-feng Village, Qiong-lin Township. It is also known as the Shengdi Temple. It was built in 1892 and has a history of over a hundred years. The Dai Quan Hall was originally proposed by local gentry Yang Fu-lai and Zhong Feng-yuan etc., who felt that the Fei-feng Mountain was magnificent and had a beautiful environment. In particular, the mountain waist area was like a fabled land of bliss and a fairyland. Therefore, they proposed to build a temple. The Dai Quan Hall mainly enshrines Guan Sheng Di Jun (the Emperor Guan), Fu Yu Di Jun and Si Ming Zhen Jun. Since it was used to substitute the Heaven to persuade and transform, and to bring blessings and save the world, it was named as "Dai Quan Hall".
