Founded in 1986, our founder, Mr. Yan Quan-ting, was originally a third-generation catering (banquet) chef. Faced with the impact of a sluggish economy and the consumption patterns of an M-type society, Mr. Yan sought to transform his family's business. With a keen eye for opportunity, he chose "Taiwanese street food" - Mudskipper fish soup, and developed a unique, rapid freezing and mechanical slicing process, breaking away from traditional manual cutting. This method preserves the fresh and sweet taste of the fish, paired with a proprietary, specially made soup base, which maximizes the characteristics of Mudskipper fish soup. Our signature products also include Float Pork Soup, Braised Pork Ribs Soup, Braised Pork Noodles, Golden Fried Tofu, Special Braised Pork Rice, and more. After decades of effort, the business is now run by the second generation. We have transformed the traditional model of a small eatery into a modern catering operation, which differs from the stereotypical image of a small food shop. We provide a comfortable and elegant dining environment and continue to develop new and delicious Taiwanese street food. We have launched a series of popular dishes, including Curry Chicken and Egg Fried Rice, Curry Pork Cutlet and Egg Fried Rice, Golden Chicken Leg Rice, Railway Pork Ribs Rice, and Freshly Fried Braised Pork Rice, which have been well-received by consumers. While innovating, we also preserve traditional flavors and strive to carry on our father's philosophy of dedication to fine cuisine in the Taiwanese street food industry.
