And what's with the "Chiayi County Medical Supplies Cooperative" on the wall? The owner, who has been in the food industry for years and is from Chiayi, saw the leisure industry trend and decided to open a casual brunch spot in Chiayi City, where tourism is on the rise. He found this old house by chance and rented it, only to discover that it had changed hands several times. During renovation and cleaning, he stumbled upon the "Taiwan Times" sign underneath, and decided to keep it to give the store a nostalgic feel. Oasis mainly serves high-quality brunch platters. The "Miso Braised Chicken Leg" is highly recommended, with two chicken legs per serving. The dish is rich, nutritious, and delicious. The generous portion sizes make the prices seem even more reasonable. Be sure to try their 100% homemade pudding, which has a smooth and delicate texture thanks to the addition of high-cost, special ingredients. The effort and dedication are evident.
