Haibanwan (Geibanwan) is a beautiful white-sand beach. The white sands stretch endlessly along a graceful arc, dotted with fine shell sands. Looking down from the road, it resembles an earthly paradise. Along the shores of Liuchiu Island, the coastline is mainly composed of eroded coral reefs, with only a few areas forming depositional sandy beaches. The largest of these is Haibanwan. Its clean sands and turquoise waters are comparable to Hawaii's Kailua Bay. Different from the lively, warm southern seaside atmosphere it offers during the day, walking along the beach at night brings a special experience. The gentle lapping of the waves creates a touching melody. Lying on the sands, letting the waves roll wave after wave and the sea breeze caress your face, brings a sense of leisurely comfort!
