For the Fucheng shopping district in the old Banqiao railway station, the scope includes Zhongshan Road Section 1, Sichuan Road, Guanqian East and West Roads, Chongqing Road, and Guoqing Road. In the past, it was the most bustling area in Banqiao. In recent years, it has been reorganized with the new Banqiao station and developed into the New Ban Special District, a metropolitan complex shopping district with unique tourist attractions, successfully creating the Xinyi District of New Taipei City. The Fucheng shopping district combines boutique fashion, pop culture, and diverse cuisine, making it the only shopping district in New Taipei City that resonates with modernity, trends, and young people. Additionally, it is close to the tri-rail integrated Banqiao Station, linking surrounding malls and restaurants, and combining the different characteristics of old and new shopping districts to create a leisure shopping environment suitable for all ages. Since 2011, the Fucheng shopping district has hosted the largest Halloween costume party in Taiwan, attracting many people to come from afar. In addition to various competitions, there are also live band performances and game challenges on site, filling the entire street with the vibrant atmosphere of Halloween.
