The Ice Dumpling Invention Museum is run by Yongtai Gourmet Enterprise. It began as a traditional mochi OEM factory and is perfect for parents to bring children to experience the fun of DIY ice-dumpling wrapping. Outside the museum stretches a large, colorful graffiti wall created jointly by elementary-school students in Beidou. The museum itself has an antique flavor: the first floor introduces the production line, displaying early mochi-making machines with photos and text; the second floor is the visitor area, showcasing the museum’s unique dumpling flavors and a retail section, plus a DIY classroom where kids can wrap mini dumplings and a parent-child play zone children love!
