The "Taipei Memory Warehouse" is a red brick building constructed during the Japanese colonial period. It is located next to the North Gate and Taipei Railway Station, and is close to the Danshui River and Dadaocheng Wharf. This location reflects Taipei's thriving trade development at the time and witnessed the transformation of trade and transportation from waterways to land routes. The museum focuses on the themes of mountain forest resources and commodity trade, and tells the story of the development of river basins and cities. Through the spatial evolution of the upper, middle, and lower reaches, it describes how people on the land use and create resources, while also creating a platform for diverse perspectives and dialogue.
