Wu's Hand-Pulled Noodle House is the only noodle-culture museum in all of Taiwan; established in 2005, it has now reached its tenth anniversary. The family behind the "Wu’s Hand-Pulled Noodle House" in Xihu, Changhua, is rather special—every member of the clan works in the same trade, all connected to hand-pulled noodle making. In order to carry on this traditional noodle-craft culture, they not only pull noodles for Taiwanese to see, but also for foreign visitors to watch; the culture is thus preserved, almost imperceptibly, within everyone’s daily life. In celebration of its tenth anniversary, Wu’s Hand-Pulled Noodle House has invested NT$30 million to completely renovate the museum.
