Located at Kouhu Water Well Village, the owner, originally a pig farmer, wanted to share this down-to-earth delicacy, "family-style clay pot goose," with others. The original abandoned pigpen was renovated into a unique flavor restaurant to serve this authentic clay pot goose. The clay pot goose is made with locally sourced golden corn-fed geese, slowly roasted over charcoal, seasoned simply, and cooked to crispy skin and tender, juicy meat. Other popular dishes include "clay pot pork feet," which are famous for their rich flavor and have attracted many customers. The restaurant also offers stir-fried local seafood, including clams and white shrimp, which are farmed using eco-friendly methods.
