Each time people pass by the median island at the intersection of Qingcheng Street and Dunhua North Road, they encounter a striking installation art piece. The entirely red artwork has an extremely quirky design; the lower part appears like a heavy cleaver blade, though it's blunt and even features a handle-like shape. Above it, three appendage-like structures extend upwards, leaving viewers pondering its meaning - this should be the artist's intended purpose.
Viewed from another angle, the artwork resembles a figure with legs standing on one foot while the other foot twists deformed. Above it, two arms continuously wave as if striving forward with energetic motion.

Depending on the observer's perspective, people interpret it differently. In this diverse East District, the "Leap East District" artwork evokes sensations of reaching toward sky and time, its vibrant redness glowing with passion amidst the gray urban surroundings.
