台北市大安區永康街31巷9號
Hidden beside Yongkang Park, it emphasizes creative vegetarian cuisine, integrating the culinary styles of various countries, with the fragrance of tea and music, satisfying all the senses.
In the "Hui Liu" Vegetarian Tea House in the Yongkang area, the exterior is simply decorated, with a simple gray stone wall, curved lines, and a black signboard with the words "Hui Liu" written on it. The font is unique, somewhat like seal script with a touch of clerical script, giving it a very special feel. Entering the shop, it feels quite different from its simple exterior, like a small exhibition hall. Diverse display cases showcase various teapots, teacups, and tea wares, and some parts feature handcrafted tea wares carefully designed by the owner, simple yet elegant.
The tea here emphasizes traditional tea studies, offering high-quality tea leaves, good water, and simple utensils, fully providing the pleasure of drinking tea to each guest. Hui Liu pays particular attention to the methods of brewing tea, offering three brewing methods: bowl brewing, gongfu brewing, and covered cup brewing. Different types of tea are paired with different brewing methods, allowing the tea to bring out the best flavor.

"Hui Liu" is a vegetarian restaurant, but unlike most vegetarian restaurants that give people a feeling of being too greasy, it does not use over-processed vegetarian products. It fully uses seasonal and locally grown organic vegetables and fruits as ingredients, cooking with little oil and moderate seasonings, giving it a natural feel, making it a memorable "Hui Liu cuisine."
