Hoping to create a platform or space that could introduce Chiayi’s culinary culture to all of Taiwan, the idea of renovating No. 263 was born. While preserving the original structure, the renovation reuses the charming old parts of the house, stacking them into a local mini-gallery that carries an artistic atmosphere yet remains approachable—thus the prototype of the “PANdora263.ART” gallery came into being.
