“Fuzhong 15” is the first thematic venue in Taiwan to integrate film, animation, and documentary screening. The basement level houses the “New Taipei City Documentary Cinema,” which regularly screens quality documentaries and art films, and offers special screenings tailored to new parents, seniors, and visually-impaired audiences. Floors 2–8 are dedicated to the “New Taipei City Animation Story Museum,” a hub for animation and video art that hosts exhibitions, screenings, and educational outreach to foster the development and exchange of animation arts. On the eighth floor, the Audio-Visual Library collects a rich array of animation and video-art DVDs and books, all available for free in-house viewing by the public.
