A fifty-year-old shop, the filling is made by thoroughly mixing fresh seared shrimp, high-quality ground pork, and fish paste. The outer skin is wrapped in pork belly membrane, then coated with powder, and deep-fried. The fat originally distributed on the abdominal membrane melts and seeps into the filling. When tasted, it is exceptionally tender and juicy, with a fragrant aroma.
