I've loved eating bread since childhood, but it wasn't until high school that I resolved to start a unique bakery of my own. As an apprentice, I not only humbly learned from my mentor's guidance, but also loved daydreaming about my own signature bread designs. I believed it would be incredible to create bread purely based on my imagination. After working for 9 years, I decided to branch out and start my own business. In the early stages of my business, I gained local recognition with a single product—the fresh and delicious "choux pastry"—proving my vision was correct. My unwavering commitment to providing customers with freshly made, high-quality pastries full of creativity has remained my guiding principle since stepping into the baking world.
