"Chang Chun Healthy Vegetarian Restaurant's General Manager, Chang Pao-jen, comes from a family of vegetable vendors. While attending Cheng Kung Senior High School, Chang worked part-time and later took on a job washing dishes at a self-service restaurant to help support his family. Having once apprenticed at a Sichuan restaurant, Chang was influenced by his grandmother's advice and his own reluctance to take a life, leading him to pursue a career in vegetarian cuisine. After completing his military service, Chang continued to work in the food industry, driven by his passion for it. He started from the bottom, washing dishes, and eventually passed the certification exams for Chinese cooking, earning his Level 3 and Level 2 culinary licenses. He then went on to start his own business, becoming a successful entrepreneur. Due to his meticulous approach, which goes above and beyond that of a typical restaurateur, Chang Chun Healthy Vegetarian Restaurant has carved out a unique 'Leisurely Live' style in the vegetarian dining scene."
