Located in Ruifang District, New Taipei City, the Shuqi Road in the Jiufen area is a longitudinal road that is entirely constructed from stone steps. While strolling along Shuqi Road, you can also gaze out at the mountain city settlements. Many characteristic teahouses and the Shengping Theater are also located on this road, with red brick and wooden structures lining both sides, evoking a nostalgic atmosphere reminiscent of the 40s and 50s. At night, the red lanterns hung along the street light up one by one, filling the air with a pure and serene ambiance, as if it were a time tunnel back to the past. It is a special "丰" shaped road, being the longitudinal road of Jiufen, featuring over 300 stone steps, with many observatory teahouses situated along this street. The old path entrance (Jishan Street entrance) also has an observation deck, where you can take in the stunning views of the North Coast from Jiufen. At the intersection of Shuqi Road and the light rail road, you can see one of Jiufen's famous buildings, the Shengping Theater.
