The indigenous people of Wufeng Township still refer to the Heping Community as Mabaylai, which is one of the four original villages of the Tayal people in Wufeng. The community features over 10 natural waterfalls that are perfect for SPA activities. The Heping Community in Wufeng Township is renowned for preserving the original Tayal culture. The community has built various unique structures, including bamboo birdhouses, bamboo houses, and bamboo signposts, using locally sourced bamboo. Heping Community boasts three famous trails, with the Guyean Waterfall Trail being the most renowned. The Mabaylai Trail, located beside the Guyean Waterfall Trail, was once an important route for local residents. The Guize Mountain Trail, situated in the center of Heping Community, is a paradise for hikers. From here, one can climb to the highest point of the community and enjoy a panoramic view of the entire Heping village. In addition to the community's original characteristics, the agricultural area is also known for its peaches and plums.
