In front of the right side of the exterior of Shih-kong Temple, there is a well known originally as Ma-Gong Well. It is also said to have produced spring water due to prayers by Shi Lang to the goddess Tian Hou, hence it is also called General Shi's Well and Shi's Well. The well was abundant in water, supplying drink for thousands of troops, and also known as Teacher Spring Well and Ten Thousand Army Well. Currently, it is announced as a county (city) designated cultural relic under the Cultural Assets Preservation Law.
