Tung Yuàn Eatery is located on Zhongmei Road in Hualien City. The name "Tung Yuàn" comes from the names of the owner's two beloved daughters. The interior design of the eatery was personally designed by the owner, using eco-friendly materials, brick by brick, and tile by tile. The owner aims to convey a concept and a lifestyle attitude, not only responding to energy saving and carbon reduction but also striving to create his own dream. The menu offers a variety of items, including Italian noodles, baked dishes, iron-plate series, Japanese rice bowls, and set meals, all served in a set course. The head chef, with over 20 years of culinary experience, blends Taiwanese flavors into Italian, iron-plate, and Japanese cuisine, creating a unique and distinctive taste.
