From the Specialty Center, follow the small path on the east side of the Conservation Center. It takes about 5 to 8 minutes by car to reach the "Huà jí Mán Mò Monument". In the spring of the 12th year of Guangxu, the four characters "Huà jí Mán Mò" were inscribed on a boulder, and later generations repainted them with red lacquer. In addition to the four large characters of the main inscription, the monument also clearly states: "Imperially appointed Governor Chen Fangbo, Pacification and Development of Aborigines". The Huà jí Mán Mò Monument, along with the "Kāi pì Hóng huāng" Monument, are both national monuments, serving as evidence of the land reclamation during the Qing dynasty. Although located in a remote area and not easily accessible, the scenery along the way is beautiful and suitable for a leisurely walk. Visitors can also take a detour to the Mingxin Academy for a cultural trip.
