Pure and simple tea carefully cultivated by Xinxing Tea Garden, Assam Red Tea is a heavily fermented tea. The fermentation process determines the tea leaf’s color, aroma, and flavor. With about 90% fermentation, it retains more catechins and amino acids, forming a semi-spherical shape. Its characteristics are mild and gentle, offering a sweet, mellow taste when cold-brewed and a rich fruit aroma when hot-brewed; it is suitable for both cold and hot infusions.
