The boss lived in Japan for over 10 years and particularly enjoyed the relaxed evenings spent with friends at izakayas, grabbing some food, having a drink, and chatting casually. After returning to Taiwan, based on his experience in managing food and beverage businesses in Japan, he founded "Meiji House". He hoped to introduce the Japanese "no-menu" ordering style, where dishes are recommended based on customers' trust and preferences, paired with seasonal fresh vegetables, and cooked to suit the customers' tastes. Both the 1st and 2nd floors are designed with a bar, accommodating diverse dining styles, and allowing customers to feel at ease.
