A stubborn young woman, fueled by an unquenchable passion for desserts, dreamed of creating confections that would captivate every heart. Twenty years later, with her family’s unwavering support and courage, she finally opened her own pâtisserie in October 2017. On the road to fulfilling that dream, she and her team pushed creativity to its limits; through countless trials and refinements, they crafted desserts that linger deliciously in memory.
