Chef Liu of Yi Mian Bao Bao has been in the culinary industry for many years, starting from a front-of-house staff member and gradually transitioning to the kitchen. Through dedicated learning, he mastered exceptional cooking skills and also learned how to open and manage a restaurant. From scratch, he built a successful business. Due to his passion for the food and beverage industry, Chef Liu decided to open an Italian restaurant near his home in Zhonghe. Combining the local affordable dining culture with his expertise, and with the arrival of his child, he named the restaurant "Yi Mian Bao Bao." Chef Liu emphasizes that every Italian dish is made with self-brewed clam broth, insists on using high-quality ingredients, and incorporates a generous amount of vegetables. He believes that maintaining quality is key to ensuring customers enjoy their meals and return for more. The restaurant features an open kitchen where customers can watch the chef prepare each dish. No pre-packaged seasonings are used; instead, dishes are cooked fresh to enhance flavor and provide a more satisfying dining experience.
