The Mackerel Coffee uses only fresh fish from the Eastern Kuroshio Current. We carefully select super low-temperature fresh mackerel from Jabin to make it the best. We are the first in Taiwan to use rapid ultra-low temperature processing to handle fresh fish as ingredients. We emphasize the freshness of the ingredients and focus on cooking them in their original flavor, allowing customers to eat healthily and without a burden. We have created a unique combination of mackerel sashimi and coffee, which has a distinct flavor and has been reported by many media outlets.
