Chenggong Tofu Fa is a popular dessert shop in Chenggong Township that has been in operation for over a decade. The owner initially learned the art of tofu fa from friends and family in Tainan and started selling it from a stall in front of their home in Chenggong. Through experimentation, they developed unique flavor combinations for their tofu fa, aiming to bring the traditional taste to consumers. In recent years, Chenggong Tofu Fa relocated to its current location. With the assistance of the Public Welfare Foundation, the store's exterior was designed and renovated, inspired by the old houses from Chenggong's Japanese colonial period. The current store combines Japanese and traditional Taiwanese rural styles. Apart from its signature tofu fa, the shop also offers barley, ice desserts, and other products, providing customers with a wider range of options. It has become a well-known local dessert shop in Chenggong Township.
